Fire-rated panels for a modular enclosure
- Firestop 10
- Firestop 12

About the project
Isoclad supplied a panel system for a 112m² modular enclosure designed to house equipment while maintaining clear access for use, inspection and maintenance. The project needed a system that could support the build without adding unnecessary complexity on site. With visible internal and external faces, the enclosure also had to deliver a considered finish from both sides.
Project needs
The enclosure had to do more than form a simple surrounding structure. It needed to work around the equipment inside, support access through the build, and provide a smart, durable finish once complete. The specification called for a panel system that could bring together performance, appearance and ease of installation. The external face needed to feel robust and professional, while the internal face needed to create a clean working environment around the equipment.
Our solution
Isoclad supplied Firestop 10 and Firestop 12 panels for the modular enclosure.
The external face was finished in Prisma Anthracite with a micro-rib profile, giving the structure a clean, modern appearance with added definition across the panel face. Internally, the panels were finished in Poly White with a flat profile, helping to create a brighter and more practical environment around the equipment.
- Firestop 10 and Firestop 12 panels for the enclosure build
- Prisma Anthracite external face for a smart, durable finish
- Micro-rib external profile for added visual definition
- Poly White internal face for a clean equipment space
- Flat internal profile to keep the inside simple and easy to work around
This gave the customer a purpose-built enclosure with the right balance of performance, access and finish.
Outcome
The enclosure was completed with a clean finish, clear access and a practical layout suited to the equipment inside.
