Fire-rated composite panels

The client relied heavily on Isoclad’s experience in fire integrity and passive fire spread, together with compartment wall segregation, which assured the end user that they were installing a fit for purpose solution.

For the three temperature controlled rooms, Isoclad supplied the Thermocore PIR panel to ensure the rooms operate at a constant temperature.

The universal joint system used across Isoclad’s range of panels enabled the customer to purchase different panel core types with a continuity of joints to allow synergy between both products.

Given the successful project deliveries and positive feedback received from previous clients, the Isoclad team have the experience to recommend a particular panel type and system to ensure an environment’s temperature, while offering the optimum U Value solution and fire protection.

The project utilised  9,720m2 of  Isoclad’s composite panel system

The panels ranged from 40mm thick Thermocore PIR  to 200mm thick Firestop 12 and were installed by an approved installation contractor.

The chosen aesthetic finish of the panel system was white dust-free steel laminate.

Isoclad were also asked to supply doors, louvres, windows systems and associated ancillaries for this project, ensuring that everything was provided with the correct size and style together with the desired aesthetic finish and performance.
