An all-encompassing modular walling system that can be installed both horizontally and vertically

All Isoclad panels are manufactured to an ISO 9001 quality assurance system.

Each one of the composite panels used as part of the Isoclad modular walling system is produced on a continuous lamination machine and consists of a ‘core’ of thermally efficient insulant which is bonded between pre-coated galvanised steel faces.

Insulated sandwich panels

This complete ‘sandwich composite’ process provides structurally impressive free-spanning characteristics to the panel resulting in suitability for both internal and external applications.

Insulated and fire-rated panels

Isoclad’s insulated modular walling system is extremely versatile and is particularly suited for temperature controlled applications e.g. chilled and cold stores together with distribution centres, firewall applications, data centres, clean rooms and the pharmaceutical industry.

Insulated cladding panels

The Thermocore panel has a Polyisocyanurate core and is manufactured from MDI Polyols and blowing agent to produce highly crosslinked polymers.

This closed cell foam has an excellent thermal performance, good shear and tensile strength together with being very lightweight. These properties make the Isoclad Thermocore panels ideal for freezers and chilled storage.

Non-combustible wall panels

Non-combustible wall panels designed for internal linings, partitions for general industrial applications, high-risk environments as well as external applications.

The Firestop panel consists of a stone wool (European fire classification Class A1 rated) core and due to its superior fire ratings and non-combustibility, these panels are especially suitable for high fire risk locations where cooking is prevalent or where there is a requirement for fire resisting walls to comply with building regulations.

The non-combustibility of stone wool, combined with the steel facings, gives Firestop panels a Class ‘0’ rating and in-line with recent European classifications for reaction to fire, a Class A2.

Additional classification in relation to smoke production is s1 and flaming droplets/particles is d0.

Thermal efficient wall panels

Lightweight fire rated non-combustible panels designed for internal linings and partitions for general industrial applications and low-temperature environments.

Thermocore has a density of 32kg or 40kg fully cured sanded and de-dusted, square and flat full boards of specified thickness.

Slab production allows for a much greater array of thickness, a superior surface flatness (+/-0.5mm). As our Thermocore block is fully cured prior to processing, there is no opportunity for shrinkage or expansion of the material inside the panel, a phenomenon common with injected panels.
